Uh....ok, I'll just repeat myself, going from my post in the Capcom's other opponent topic....

And why wouldn't Marvel be able to touch it if it was at Newgrounds?

First off, the XMvsSF online site requires a massive amount of web hosting space....space that Newgrounds would surely NOT provide for such a site.

Second-off, if TMy submitted XMvsSF to newgrounds, he'd be submitting ILLEGAL material to newgrounds. In which case, TMy would get sued for distributing the site, and Newgrounds would get sued for buying the site.

But still, like I first said....just because Newgrounds would be hosting XMvsSF online doesn't mean that Marvel can't shut it down...AGAIN.



However, I just lo-ove how you just abandoned our previous argument....guess I proved that Marvel IS the good guy.
