this is vip wolverine. this cyborg clone of logan has horns sticking out of his shoulders, arms, and head. he also fires shuruken from his claws.
forward down punch: shuruken sting back down forward p1+p2: shuruken burst. forward down forward p1+p2: tornado fury, also has shuruken flying out. whatcha think? a vip version of logan who fires projectiles.
