Apocalypse deadly or weak?

This is a general discussion thread right,Anyway i was wondering if you think much on Apocalypse.I know he has a drill m ove and laseres but that doesn't mean he is good.This may be only for the PS1 version. :0

Hey this thread is about the game not general comments and startegies that it's supposed to be anyways apocalypse would be pretty cheap like onslaught except he could block jump and be stronger
