Umm...maybe its because they dont want to accept a loss, so they quit, or they have computer trouble so they have to quit, or is shuts down automatically.

dont worry about it. Their computer may have shut down, or crashed, or their connection interrupted...in any case, it counts as a loss for them so its their problem, not yours.
