Well, Tmy wanted to originally called the game Marvel Super heros Vs Capcom 2, but he decided to stick with the original thing. (But I think there might have been some legal stuff too)

uh, XtremeZealot? are you sure about that? this is the first I've heard of it in all my time here....

and as for the legal issues, TmyApp is still using copyrighted characters of capcom and marvel, so changing the name would do nothing. And I could never forgive myself if i enjoyed playing a MvC game...
