I can never move in the game!Please tell me what I should do?!

I think its the only game you have played ever because maybe on the main menu there is a button named

This is an OLD OLD problem with Shockwave and some computers/browsers and/or operating systems

some people said switchin their version of windows helped (ME/2000 had this probleM), others switched over to Netscape to fix the problem

in the end, there is NO confirmed solution for this problem
