Selvin, it is called so because the beam is ripped from one of the DBZ games and pasted onto Ryu's hadoken animation. Warmor doesn't actually think that is the move's name, at least I hope so.

Dragon Ball came out before Street Fighter. But in America Street Fighter cam long before Dragon Ball so it is Shinkuu Hadouken.

the animation is from a dragonball game, off of the super famicom. he took it, and replaced the shinkuu hadoken with the kame hame ha sprites. he isnt doing the shinkuu hadoken, its a gif of ryu doing the kame hame ha.

it isnt hard to figure out.
