Bag of lag,or something else? - This doesn`t seem like lag...

Alright,I was fighting this guy with another of those stupid names (tcbeesomething or something else.It started with tc),and it was one of my games that I created,2 0n 1 (me and greensomething against tcsomething).

We beat him a few times until greensomething leaves and it`s one on one.I beat him about three times,but them,when we started another match(lv. 0),he came out with both Cyclops and Chun-Li and does their super.No variable,mind you,we were at lv. 0.

And he continues to do supers at either level 0 or level 1,actually increasing his gauge,and he does this until I died.This went on for awhile,and I just got annoyed and came here.Help would be appreciated.

Sorry,I didn`t know what to look for in search and I was getting off soon,so I didn`t have time to look.
