well...i use animation shop and dont really use Image Ready..to tell you the truth im lousy with it. It should be the same though with both of them.

Just say you wanna add an animated gif to a banner like your cyclopse you made. All you have to do is save the gif from the site that you got it from. After that open the gif in an animation program and then paste the gif to the banner. Paste one gif per banner so if you have 30 frames of the gif then you need to have 30 banners of the same. After that make sure you flatten the layers and save all of your banners with animated gifs as .gifs...

If you have any troubles or want more then ask me. Happy to help.

i use image ready and i do mine a different way. just make ur banner flatten it. next open up the animation u want to add in image ready then goto image canvas size. change the canvas size of the gif to the size of ur banner. next click minimize to minimize the canvas ur currently working on and click back on ur banner canvas, then goto select, select all after that goto edit copy click minimize and click maximize on the gif u want to add then goto edit paste. after that goto windows show optimize, click on the drop down arrow and then click 128 no dither. after move ur banner to make it the first layer.
