Hien is Strider Hiryu's rival in Strider 2. The pic is edited from Hiryu's MVC lifebar portrait. This character is also available for Mugen, edited from Hiryu of course, but a solidly programmed character nonetheless.

Yes, pretty good programming, he was originally created in mugen for the all but gone "Strider: Option Zero" (?) game that a couple of people in mugen where going to make. basically taking different strider's and the robots, enemies, etc. and creating a new fighting game.... well needless to say, only Strider Hien (created by K3nSHiN) and Strider Hiryu (created by Strider and Nakibe) have been done. And Strider Hiryu is all but complete (I think he's missing one move) and Hien is a Sabre Spinning freak show. TTFN.

that saber spinning freak is near invinsible in strider 2 if you know how to use him and yeah the pic is offa mugen but i still took the screen shot and edited out the back round and shit so i demand that slip knot release it or you will have lone wolf to deal with
