Define noobs and cheaps - How would you define them?

ok for those newcomers and non-americans.....

NO00BS:1.(novice) nov/ice became novs and/or no00bs.
2. those ppl who are new but thinks they're on top of the game.

CHEAPS:1. not expensive.
2. those who play rot :buttrock:

fair enough i agree there on both counts but as everyone nos on the second count u mention ive come across vets that play like that on times
