About onlsaught... - Question and request

QUESTION: am i the only one who think onslaught is unbeatable unles you cheap your way till the end of the fight ?

i mean, i was blocking, blasting, blocking, blasting all the match cause whever i tryed to get close, i was shot down by something else i still got knocked back to the end of the screen !

normally i am the kind of person who resolve to cheapness when times come but there is limits to this madness !
everytime we use a super he just throw out an helper, who actually is always blanka, guile or shuma who have all almost 9 times the use. meaning i get killed before i got time to make him down to his half.

i have no problem with THOUGH BOSS, but this is complete madness and total suicide !

here is the second question...
am i the only one who CANNOT hit him while he does his supers ?

example:
he does his magnetic tempest, i super jump behind him while he is still in his pose and hit him with everything i got... but he doesn't even lose energy as my kicks/punches pass right thru him without even touching him !

is this suppose to be right ?
if so then it is clearly not fair !

next, i am mid-way of him when i block his SUPER FLAMING FORM, my character block but once he is pass me my character gets hit by all the rest of the hits.
i don,t know about it but that moves takes up almost half of your bar and even if i block i still get hit by hit !

all this happens only in practice mode has i never fought him while in quick matches !

this is not a FLAME or anything, i just want tmyapp or any other person to check it out cause i am pretty good and still i get my ass whooped everytimes !

without cheaping i cannot beat him !
the only trick that works his when i am in the corner and he is blocking me, now i hit him and none of his super hit me. this is the only time i have been able to defeat him ! i have been trying to beat him from like when this version came out !

if anyone has the same problem then tell, or he will never be tweaked !

<font color="blue">The move he does that looks like the Juggernaut helper can be blocked. When Onslaught does it block, and when he is about halfway through you press the opposite direction, if you timed it right you will block the whole thing. Onslaught doesn't get hit with anything when he does a super with me too. I can beat him another way, do a couple hits then super jump and do moves to prevent you from coming down for a bit, hit him again, then repear the process.</color>

Onlslaught is VERY cheap.. (i know that.. u know that.. HE knows that) :biggrin:

the problem is, if he is made to be any less-cheap... he will be too easy for most of the (good) players

If you're using a code to get a boss character (who can't block btw) it would be kind of pointless if they were weak.

He has weaknesses, like all characters... you'll find out how to exploit them sooner or later.

i'm not talking about a character who cannot block and that makes SUPERS all the time !
hell i would also be yelling at those AI who always block !
but no !

i am only saying that when he does a super you are forced to block and i have no choice but doing so, as i cannot touch him !

HE IS INVINCIBLE DURING ALL SUPERS !
at least on my computer !
whatever i do, i hit him...
but when he does a super and i dodge it, he become INVINCIBLE TO ANY OF MY ATTACKS !

don't know if it is suppose to be like that but men, like i said.
i can bear the fact he has only supers, men onslaught in the arcade is like that.
but this one is just plain INVINCIBLE during his supers !
i jump over him and kicked him like hell ! and all this while he was doing that huge beam !
ALL MY ATTACKS passed right THRU him !
none actually connect until he had finished doing it !

was it suppose to be like that, i think not !
but it is happenning and if you don't believe me then come at my house and try it for yourself !
i can't make any movie with sounds, so i can't show it to you and a picture isn't going to show you something !

now just close that damn thing if you're not gonna help just cause YOU can CHEAP in a fight !

I AM NOT CHEAP AND I WILL NEVER RESORT TO CHEAP TRICKS like that stupid fight with onslaught !
it is very sad not to be able to know all the finish because of that stupid INVINCIBILITY !

onslaught is a tough char, and a cheap one. and lag makes it a LOT worse.

Well do what i do when he does the charging dash thing press left down and right at the same time and to cancel out his combos use you fireball or optic blast thing be sure to stay far away at all times and dont try to super jump you will still get hit just block and cancel out with fireballs

Onslaught is stronger in xmvssf(online) than MvC(arcade)...all of his moves are longer and stronger...I dont know what to say...I havent found a way to beat him whitout using "cheapnesse" ???

ONSLUGHT BECOMES EASIER TO BEAT AS U GET BETTER I CAN BEAT HIM EVERY TIME NOW INSTEAD OFF COMPLAINING
USE THAT TIME TO PRACTISE THEN YOULL BE ABLE TO BEAT HIM I FIND ITS BEST TO STAY CLOSE TO HIM MYSELF AND OPTICS OR FIREBALLS ARE THE BEST ATTACK STANDARD MOVES ARE ONLY LIKE AN IRRITANT TO HIM
