Noob topics - not official, but still a valid argument

ever since a week or a month ago, we have here nothing but noob topic. all these topics are, as we all know, totally useless. then when we tell them its useless they got the nerve to get angry. well i getting tired of this. tmy when pple join the forum i think u should do this:

Look through the first page, maybe even the second page, hell, abuse the Search function if you want to be crazy...but PLEASE do NOT double post bugs...if I see the same bug posted twice by 2 diffrent people...I'll just delete the newer one, so TMyApp doesn't see it and have his head start to combust like this ---->

Oh and definatly, DEFINATLY, do NOT post a flame of any kind about the game! Do not flame TMyApp for any bug for any reason, or, I'll do something to your pet hamster. Like...flush him down the toilet, so, no screaming or flaming because of bugs!

Now do what I say or your all BANNED!

a few people have been asking me about this, so, here it is... all the info u need (again)
.... yes, anyone can host a "tournament"... you dont' have to tell me/other-mods... and u can do whatever u like (well.. up 2 a point...)

... any tournaments for this game will have to be "unofficial tournaments".. as in "unofficial to the actual game"... (it can be a "streetfighterx official tournament" .. but all it means is that it is official to THAT particular game/site/person)....

.. for now, there is NO such thing as "official XvsSF tournament"...

you can provide any prize you want for the turney, but, if you want an OFFICIAL prize, u'll have to clear it with me, and/or the other mods.... (since a number of rules apply)

if you DO want an "official prize"... you will have to have your "idea" approved by me and/or other mods... and, you will need to get @least 100 people involved (that part shouldn't be hard)... a prize can be a new color for a character, or, a special/new helper...

thats all therez' to it... (i should really put this in the FAQ.. but.. u know...)

Search - Look all the way at the top of the screen, there is a button that says "Search", and has a picture of a looking glass on it. Press it. Use it. Abuse it's power. Do a search on this forum, maybe others, maybe more then one search...try typing in what you need like:

Pictures - try typing: Pics, pictures, picture help, avatar, banner, sig, or anything else to narrow down your search.

Now read the topics that come up! Some of them might be the same question you asked, and allready been answerd! Now you don't have to type anything up or make a new topic, and your life is simple and your question complete.

Now do what I say or your all BANNED!

I wonder who can up with the term "noob". Well, there is a difference between a noob and a new guy.

A noob is a person who has joined within a week ago, but has already managed to annoy most of the active members. A new guy is the same thing, but is a much more decent poster.

Its the same thing as loving someone and being in love with someone. There's a difference, you just have to know what it is. These topics you are referring to aren't noobish, yet newish. I guess...I haven't checked :biggrin:. Simple flaming I would call a n00bish topic, but other than that, like simple questions, are expected of every new kid on the block. You wouldn't know who to go to for answers when you first get here, unless someone has told you. To me, these topics seem quite normal and shouldn't be dissed so badly.

Well.
The forum has expanded alot from it's original version.
We now have a couple of sections specialy made for Noobs.

Since there are so many new/young/ignorant players that visit the forums. There is no way we will ever be rid of "noobish" posting.

I personaly dont mind these people making their "irrelivent" post. I just wish they would make them in the appropriate sections of the forum.

All these "so and so VS. so and so" topics should have been created in the "general" (non-related xvssf) section.

The "General Comments and Strategies" section of the forum is for topics that are directly related to and about XvsSF. (meaning they are suppose to be about the game,forum, or it's community.)
