Accounts problems - PROBLEM

Each time I want to play, I have to make a new account. Is there a reason for this? How can I get the servers to save my account?

There is something wrong with your account then, perhaps you are using illegal characters in it (i'm betting you can't see yourself on the top-scores list either).
