*Eperience with PPH, SHP, and other.

*You have work on the site 3 hours or more a day.

* You must have Yahoo! Messagers.

*If you have Adobe Photoshop 6,7, or other software to be useful (You can still join the site if you don't have these items).

*What position you go for (Designer, New informer, Co-Owner or other)

*And you must answer every email messages.

*You contact me at ssvegeta@nc.rr.com

I need the total of 16-18 members. Here is the listing of position.

*Designers

Spots: 4

Job: To make banners, buttons, splashes, layouts, etc.

*New Informers

Spots: 3

Job: Post info about amine, shows and coming soon to you television.

*Multimedia

Spots: 4

Job: Collect Movies, Episodes, Music Videos,etc.

*Info

Spots: 4

Job: Collect about every thing about DB/Z/GT/AF even dough AF is fake. I still want in to about it.

*Co-owner

Spots: 1 or maybe 2

Job: Do everything

....heh....i dont think many anime sites pay their members ..vegetam...i mean they are students from the age of 14-older.....and they cannot afford to pay their staff members.....and the staff believe that getting the credit as a staff member is enough..so they dont ask for salary......

of course they get paid!! where do you think the money for their hosting comes from??! there are sites that pay other sites that have large traffics

...ok budd...the owner pays the for the hosting...they dont get paid..if the site is small.....but if its a big..site or a recognised site..than its ok....they do get paid....but all the other talk about paying is BS

if you join you are not getting paid at all cuz i'm paid for the hosting so you disargee don't join

what about my other questions? and venture, you don't know what you are talking about. i've seen small sites get money from sponsors, ads and other services that pay you for having a high traffic.
