Locked topics - How come they r locked

How come some topics r locked. Like theres a topic that a person with 1 star created and i can't even put a post cuz it's locked. :yinyang:

cause some are bad and the moderators lock them.

No no mods lock topics for a reason...dumb topics, topics that have me made already, Nudity, Bashing on someone, and other stupid stuff, they have there reasons..
