Tmyapp: what to do about the rank system - Are you going to change the rank system

Are you and will you change the rank system in the immediate future. I'm saying this because i see all these great ideas on how to handle and go about changing the rank system, some of them seem to work and make sense, since as eliminating the noobie-killing, creating incentives for people to fight, and keeping people who are good in the top ranks, and those who are not, let them keep trying. and if these ideas dont work, then you can always go back to the original rank system.

hey i hope he does some thing obout that danm rank system cause i had 39 then i didnt play for like 3 days and it went down to 200 :angryfire:

If you want points so badly, go to weekly tournaments that KKS holds.

*newbie was challenged by top 10 player who fights newbies all day and all night and has no life*

Well i think rank dosent matter..its all about skill..join tornament's and get bragging rights by winning..skill over rank is what i say.

Yeah i agree with super sonic x. Like ive said a million times, why change the ranking system? Skill is what matters and not ranking.

i do not think rank matters but i do think that the ranking system is screwed up.It should be fixed.Especially the wins and loses thing,i am100% sure that mine is wrong! :angryfire:

Yeah im not that crazy about the rank system but i guess its all we got right now I agree with SSX though.

My record suuucks i think i almost have as many wins as i have losses BUT i except everybody's challenge n00bs, players, tag, handicapped matches, vets i dont care as long as I fight my record consits of glitches and freezes as well. i dont understand how some ppl can go 80- 0 I mean i play my first ten games with the reset records and without a doubt i will run into a frozen game or at the very least in tag when i lose a partner my other character cant throw projectiles or if its chun li i cant jump more than once which regularly she can jump up to three times. Or the character starts to freeze in the game and only a hit from my opponent can release me. I dunno im lucky that i choose a name with and I in it because i can copy it with a lower case L and start with a new record.

i think the ranking system needs a little change but i was thinking of something...it would be great if there would be signs to indicate the rank of the player ex:rank one should have in front of his name a sign like @....than till the 10th rank should whear the sign +...afterwards up to 50 *....than to 100 ! ...or some other signs to indicate their rank...cause it would be great to enter a server and see that u have a sign that says you are between 2..10...and the signs should have a different colour from the players names...so they wont change their names with the signs in front of their names.
