Gamecube or x-box? - No biasism wanted ;-p

Ok, I got a PS2, but now I'm looking into another system. I use to be all anti X-box and didn't favor the GameCube to much, but I don't know now, I'm actually looking into it now.

Help me decide! No "X-box sucks, gamecube rox" please! That won't help =-\

Ok, on Gamecube, from what I see, it costs 150, so 200 i have it and a game, and some of the games I like are Smash Bros, Resident Evil, Myiomoto's (sp?) games (Like Zelda and Mario), Medtroid Prime, but with all the old games coming back again, the same fate as the 64? I just played and really liked Smash Bro's at Best Buy ;p. Also the GBA interchange stuff.

On X-Box, there is Halo, Dead or Alive 3, Outlaw Gold, Crazy Taxi 3, and Jet Grind Radio, and it allready has on-line capapilities, but the system starts at 200 dollars....and the controller isn't to big for me, I'm not 14 so my hands are fully grown And the system has alot of memory/RAM and a hard drive.

Ok, can anyone give me more pros/cons and other factors to help me decide? But dont' worry, I allready have my PS2....yummy....and still will buy for it. I love my PS2, and I will be on-line August 27 with everyone else...but I have to say anti-aliasing is pretty nice, and the other systems graphics might be a tad better...and I one more thing i want to know, which system has better graphics between the 2?

If you like power, CD, DVD, and all the computer crap get an X-box

If you like having a lot of "quality" games get a game cube


IMO if you have a strong computer, get a Game cube since the Xbox is already a comp, and since you already have a PS2, then get a game cube

Or just get all three if you want to....

if you go by the hardware...
X-BOX is better than PS2 and GAMECUBE
but if you go with all the games on...
X-BOX games are all out on computers too !
GAMECUBE has lots more games than the N64 (not just classics)
example: BLOODY ROAR PRIMAL FURY, 007 AGENT UNDER FIRE, SONIC ADVENTURE 2 BATTLE, and others that aren't
just all out classics but have new style of gameplay. like the
new STARFOX (adventure & flying)

like TarkanX said, the difference is the fact that you have a computer...

EDIT: i forgot to tell you that some games are simply not playable with the GAMECUBE controllers, like the 007 game ! buttons are too wrongfully placed and you have to play with both analogues + the buttons that are untouchable when you got the analogues in thumbs !

For Xbox there is also: Splinter Cell (not out yet but is called the MGS2 killer), Hunter:The Reckoning, MGSX, Halo, Amped, Rallisport Challenge, Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowmind, Jet Set Radio Future, Marvel vs Capcom 2 (not out), Tony Hawk 2x, Tony Hawk 3, codename: Project Ego (when this game comes out, it is said to blow all others away but it is under a codename so it is very hush hush), Gunvalkrie, Rainbow Six: Ghost Recon (not out yet but will be soon), Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (not out), Dr. Muto, LOTR: Two towers (coming out on every system), X-Men: Next Dimension (a fighting game that will have 24 characters and one extra for xbox that is supposed to be really good with MvC combos and such), Aggresive Inline, and much more.

I have PS2 and Xbox and I love 'em both, but whatever system you pick, you will be happy with it.

Well im a gamecube owner...so id say go with gamecube, nothing on the xbox makes me go "WOW I JUST GOT TO HAVE A XBOX FOR THIS GAME!!!" i buy systems for games, not power, and the xbox just dosent have that "wow" factor im looking for, im a old nintendo fan anyways, i look forward to metroid prime.. and other classic remakes..xbox..for now..has too many crap and riped of games, like mgs substance..u can get that on PS2 aleady instead of having to wait for some "directors cut" game..pfff too many games that u can get else were..well thats what i think..gamecube or ps2, xbox NO!

gamecube is like " plz play with me i will be your best freind..."

ps2 just sells itself because YOU CANNOT KILL MGS2 and it is gonna own all those FF games.
