Throws - We need em

I was facing RyuEx2 and he blocks all of my hits for about 60 seconds. Can we plz add throws. Cause in thoose 60 seconds he would have been thrown.

Can we say invisble throw bug from SF2 has returned ??

For those who don't understand.. Look up for bugs in the original SF2 and look up Guile invisible throw bug...

You know it would be so funny if they brought in Akuma and they didn't finish the throws and lagg was still running wild. Imagine someone doing a raging demon on you. With lagg you would probably jump into by mistake.
