Help - Trouble starting the game

ok tmyapp tell me about this when i started the game it would get about 80% loaded then the loading bar would dissappear the yellow part not the out line of the bar and when i would click ok it just went to a black screen or if i was at the main menu it would just stop working so please help ! im in the 1st chat room to see if it will do the same thing there

browser problem...

clear cache, updated Shockwave, restart computer... (FAQ has all the info)
