Well, since no one bothered to report this yet are bitching about it in the game, I will report it myself.

The other day I was viewing my brother Gambit2K play a game against (ShadyVip)^. For some reason, throughout the game, the game kept rewinding back and forth. So for example:

Gambit2K gets ShadyVip in half life.*
Game starts over again*
They start to battle again*
Gambit2K damages him a bit*
Game starts over again*

Over and over, the same thing will keep going. This is a huge bug, I am not sure if the game recorder has anything to do with this even though my brother never turns the recorder on but ShadyVip might have done so, or maybe he didn't. (the game recorder being an issue is just a thought, not so sure really)

The same bug has happened to another user named carmona89 while fighting Ninjitsu not so long ago. It is like a repetition type of bug. It just keeps rewinding itself to the start of the game.

This bug also allows ppl who hosted a game with levels to start with have infinite supers. Which really blows if it keeps rewinding itself and you keep getting hit with a super each time it rewinds.

Anyways, if any of you have faced this problem, please discuss. I hope this bug will get fixed soon.

Same thing happened to me
I was second player, so my teamate fights the first person, and i see his health go down, but when he tags me, the opponent doesnt move. I do bunch of attacked and his health doesnt decrease, but i gain level bars. So then i tag my partner, who uses those level bars, and i see him getting damaged. Then the game rewound and my partner had full life, and it went FIGHT

well this bug happens in some 1 on 1 observer matches and sometimes in 2 on 2 because when your 4th player on 2 on 2 you get the most lag and the observer lags even though if there comp is fast and not laggy
