Problems that remain - The same problems as previous versions

Several problems are in this new version that have been here
for a long time. This includes: problems of picking turbo while normal is automatically picked for you and how long a person has to wait for their opponent to pick their character. I have to wait at least 10 minutes, for a fight, and most of the time it's me just waiting at the character select screen. Why dont u guys just put a timer up there, it would help us alot.

He's right. This happens to me as well, though, the turbo one is kinda ok to me, cause I don't need extra lag.

there IS a timer there...

now.. again, when reporting the problem, you HAVE to tell me every little detail:

type of game (1 on 1?? 2 on 1?), quick game? any spectators?, 1st time playing? (as in, NOT a rematch?), when/where did it "lock up" (after team1 picked all of the chars, after YOU picked your char... from the start?.. ie: no one could pick a char... or, was it right before/after the helper was picked)...

also... if u are the server.. (or even if u'r not).. wait 2 minutes... if nothing happens, just leave (u will NOT lose u'r score, ignore the msg)

.... from what i can tell, this is NOT a "timer" problem, more of a "detection when someone leaves/times-out" problem...

will it be fixed? yes... how soon? not sure... i'll try to make small tweaks in the next release...

But if you ddn;t know, here it goes..

When you have a Quick Match (from the Chat room, not a hosted game), the 2nd player, most of the time, can't pick a chr., he can scroll up and down to the chr., but the TIMER thing has to pick for him/her.

And you cant even choose turbo, because even if you press right, it won't move... it'll just stay on Normal!
And the normal thing is onlymessed up when you arent able to choose your chr., or its always fine.

And about the freezing thing, it's that the game will start for the first player(host), but 2nd player will be stuck at the chr., screen... (TarkanX had to wait until the countdown went to 41 for me once)
And, the 1st player can hit the 2nd one all he wants, it won't do any damage, until the 2nd player comes.
And when the 2nd one comes in, the match starts all over again.

Is that enough?

does any of this happen when u host a 1 on 1 NO tag game and NOT use the pathetic "quick match" feature ??

cause if it doesn't.. can u guess which button i'm taking out in the next build ?? :biggrin:

Thats what I said, it only happens when you play "Quick Matches", not by hosting a game.

Only when you click "Quick Game".

I think that that lose ur points if u leave is crap..what if the game freezes? and u need to restart? u lose points for that? Thats crap.......its no fare, lose points and u dont even get to finish the match....
