I need a fluent spanish writer/speaker

Ahh, I need help. I got my due date for a Spanish Project all wrong. I thought (well actually someone told me wrong...but I won't blame it on her...damn her) it was due next Thursday...when in fact it was due today. And the teacher extended the date for me to Tuesday the 24th. (See I messed up the date again..I said 31st at first.) So if anyone knows Spanish really well. Please help me. I will be making a simple portfolio about myself and I need you (the Spanish speaker) to make sure I used tenses correctly and used the right word. I'll need to have 4 pages for each topic which is about maybe 3-5 sentences. The topics are below...

1. Mi Casa
2. Lugares en mi Ciudad
3. Emergencias Medicas
4. Viajes en y Entre Paises
5. En el restaurante con mi Familia
6. Mis Pastiempos Favoritos

I wish I could help, since en tres dias, yo termino mi clase de espanol, but I'm only decent with spanish. My friend named Damien, who sits beside me seems to know everything, but he doesn't play SFO, so I can't really help, sorry.

.....But I still enjoy speaking the language!......lol
