Programs for your pc - Protection

I've been having some computer problems, do you guys recommend any programs for firewalls, adware removal, or computers that speed up your computer that are worth using (don't care if they cost alot, I've got a few hundred)

Downlaod Kazaa, downlaod tha Program and delete it!

check out viper's topic here ,there are a few suggestions there to what you can do to protect your pc, or you could just buy a security package like McAfee securtiy, Norton, they all include firewalls, virus scans and so on pretty much what youare looking for i am presuming, or you could look on microsoft's download section, search for lets say a firewall and download it or something

Microsoft AntiSpyware is pretty good for protecting your pc.

Firewalls i find that Norton Internet Security, Antivirus, and Systemworks is pretty good.

adware removal. Like alamgir said. Microsoft Anti-Spyware and Spybot Search and Destroy i think work well.

what you have to do is unistall those programs that cause spyware like kazaa and some free programs to dowload free music at aol you find spyware protection??? :blues:

depends...i find zonealarm the best firewall in the market today but any ideas for tweaking your internet speed?

the three programs you need:
zone alarm
ad-aware
spybot

the only way to get virus with that all going is stupidity, and there is no cure for that...
