Super Meter Problems - in 1 on 1 tag mode

This has been brought up before but got locked by Zing (when it was a whopping 3 days old) when he went on his little topic-locking rampage. Anyways, what happens is, you'll go to tag out, and as soon as you do so, your super meter goes back to level 0, and from that point on, your super meter will not build. Also, the graphics down by the super meter get distorted.

Obviously, this puts the player that it happens to at an extreme disadvantage. It's also a rather humiliating way to lose. If you continue the fight, you look like a dumbass for not trying to do any supers. If you leave the fight, you look like a coward. And in the last instance, I couldn't communicate with my opponent for some reason. I typed "wait, the game glitched," with no response.

It usually happens in 1 on 1 tag mode, and the last match was Chun-Li & Chun-Li vs. Chun-Li & Chun-Li, helpers on, timer off. I will try to supply screenshots next time it happens.

yeah, that happened me to the other day when I was fighting hotsauce

His level bar was still growing, but mine was all distorted and wouldn't go up

but I managed to survive long enough for my level bar to rise
