Shin's corner: xxx sotu - Spoiler alert!

Where do I start, first of all, this movie wasn't that great(critics gave it 2 out of 5 stars), but I'm giving 3? dubya tee eff? Y!
Well.......If you have an open mind there were some horrible parts in the movie that was actually funny....Here we go! My experience.....

The very beginning of the movie threw everyone off (you know, the farm setting) Everybody was like dubya tee eff? PPl starting wondering if they was in the right movie room!

I need a new XXX with attitude- Sadly, although cube is a good actor, just did not have the attitude(I mean I almost laughed whenever he balled up his mouth!

Remember the part where gibbons has a gun pointed to his head while being in a chokehold? I mean what was the signifigence of the gun in that scene? I mean Samuel's character was kicking the crap out of the guy while in the chokehold, it's like pull the trigger man!

Further into this cheesy film

Darius(Cube) and Xzibhit's character team up to go the white house

While going there the white guy was like
"This is a dead end"
Darius-"Theres no such thing as a dead end"

*At that point they crash through the walls*
As they crash notice how they whip their bodies to the beat of the music (Music: Fight the power), I thought it was hilarious, so I started to laugh, and for the first time someone told me to be quiet (I was laughing pretty much throughout the whole film)

How about the part where those two guys was driving the truck full of cheese? Didn't you think the guy in the passenger seat was Cedric the entertainer when you seen him, huh? Don't lie!!

-Whenever cube fought in that movie it was funny. Like the time when he got confronted as he came on the train (towards the end of the film)

i think sum1 "like" vin diesel is the only suitable XXX, maybe if ice cube was a buff bad ass then he would fit, but currently, darius duznt make the cut.....and its stupid for the agent to be called XXX cuz that was just a tattoo on the back of vin diesels neck in the first movie. name the agency house of freaky burned face hard asses or sumthing :buttrock:

my cousin seen the movie and like you he thought it was a total waste compared to the first one !

his first ordeal was to find out that the first XXX (diesel) was dead !
he was like dubya tee eff ? he was so impressive inthe first movie how can a guy like that die like that ?
second he thought the attitude was missing, what we liked in the first was the attitude of a guy who had nothing to lose yet he held onto his life and survived the whole mess even when everything seemed all out.

again the attitude wasn't there, he disliked the character always jumping thru things with bazooka's and the likes. he liked the first XXX beter for that, even thou the guy was a spy with lots of firepower he used it wisely and was acting much more like a spy then a stunt guy. the second XXX was missing that by his sayings and actions. it was evident that if ya gave a bazooka in the hands of that guy he would blow up the first car he would see as an obstacle. that was just not supposed to be that way.

in the end he told me the gags in there weren't as punching as the first one were !
if so then truly this movie wasn't made for the public but for the heck of making a second movie.
with the end of the first movie i was like "cool we'll get to see another movie with vin diesel kicking off evil the stunt ways !" but was only disappointed to learn he wasn't even int he second one.

as for the tatoo, well its kinda ok to see it this way...
i mean come on they created another set of agents and the first guy had xXx tatooed on his neck, its just normal that the rest of the xXx agents has that as well !

conclusion if all my cousin told me about this movie is true then i guess i won't lose my moeny to see it at the big screen, heck i wonder if i'll even buy it when it comes out in DVD. the first one was great, not exacellant but still great all i asked was for the second to be at least that much good, but it seems it isn't so !

Ice cube just wasn't the right character for that movie
