Characters freeze.. - Characters freeze..

I havent played in a while and this has happend to me before but I dont remember how to fix it..The characters freeze when you go to pick someone and like the character doesnt show up but u can see the pic in the background..Cleared my browser cache and everything but it may be a firewall..and if it is how do i lower it?

log off ur comp and log in back...

did u use the downloaded version cause once u used it it doesnt freeze and it has less lag...

if you use download version, make sure all files are in the same folder...

If you are using Internet Explorer, it tends to do that. Maybe sure that you uninstall Shockwave and reinstall it to see if that works.
