the fonts color doesnt match the bg nor the pic and u cannot even see the bg

The banner is too dark, you can barely make out any detail and dark colours rarely go well with dbz characters. The scan lines aren't really helping and the font is placed over the border making it look a lot less like a border. 5/10

this may seem repetitive, but, it's too dark. Brighten it up so that the rest of the background can be seen.When iut comes to the font, i don't think flaming texts are popular right now. Try using a like a cursive(handwriting) font. That's all i can think of, hope it helps.
