I took some of your advice...I cleaned it up a bit more, I moved him to the right..but I did not scale the canvas down, because it cut out alot of the background and made it look dull...here it is fixed up. I also asked you guys to rate it =P!!

Nice use of picture. Let me give u tips don't use color doge too much it ruin the banner.

you wanna lower the contrast, ditch/reposition that typo on the right, clean the cutting/blending a bit more, and lose some of the sheer brightness....but it looks nice :
