Hotsuma - Its bad =/

While doing this..I just couldn't work with it..I don't know if it was the picture or my mental image that wouldn't come alive! Argh! Ah well...I have two versions...The first one I worked alot with...and Hotsuma decided to blend in with the background too much...bah hum bah!

This one...I just didn't know how to work with it..so I scrapped it and started from scratch with the same idea for the previous one.

I think it looks pretty bad now that I am actually looking at it! I think it was good selection because it really brings out the color in his eyes =)

In the first one, the background seems saying like the character is doing and action, but actually he is just standing there .And I'm not sure that the color really fits...Also, on the bottom right..there a blanc hole man! :sneaky2: .

The second one shows more of what the character is doing, the background is more calm...Bat text too..
