Storm - Help.

This is a work in process so its not finalized. I need some tips plz. What could I do to this image to make it better?

I also have this same copy but the lightning is a glowy white color. Also I have one of her slightly downsized to reveal more of the picture. Still...tips. =/

i dun know wat ta tell ya...i mean it's sloppy so try to fix on dat ???

everything.....the background is sloppy and the "lightning" on storm is sloppy....work harder, also wat program do you use??? and do you have MSN

Don't leave that black spot in the upper left corner. I don't know what you could fill it with, but don't leave it empty.
