My futile attempt to make a banner...and may I say...this is my first ever banner...Yes i just got photoshop today...my first...so let the ridicule but hopefully the advice come! =P

try not to double post but edit ur last response and to me ur first banner seems better than the second and u need help goto doodtutorials.com i think dats it

I am trying to figure out how to get the background off a picture I would like to use...Everytime I paste it onto my background...the white box goes with it...I erased all the colored pixels around the image..but still when i use the magic wand it won't take away the white background to leave the image as itself against the background.!!!

go on www.devaintart.com donwload brushes from the resources it will help if your new and it will be the other way to learn if you don't like tutorials.
