This is my first tech border banner. I know that the bg is plain and stuff coz I'm not really good at making bgs.

its ok for a first time. but the pic is bad blending color all bad but hey good try. 5/10

You should have made the border stand out more. It almost looks like a part of the background itself. And the blending isn't the greatest. Still, it doesn't look rancid, with a bit more practice I'm sure you could create a wonderful tech border. 5.5/10
