Street fighter 2 the animated movie soundtrack - Music

Can someone please give me the name of this piece of music so can download it or tell me where i can get information on this?. :buttrock:[/color

I dont understand that link shows me nothing of interest and i canot find a harpers bazzar on any search engine.
