OK, Just how we have that variable mode in tag whenever you achive level 3....or at level 2 you decide to do a crossover.

lain: ...ok

Let's say whenever you level up to level 3.

You can be invincible..to a point.

Like all of your normal attacks will overpower or cancel out the other character's moves..if they aren't in this mode..

There would be a guage that would descend like the variable guage...

You could over power any physical attacks....

And you could walk through projectiles....much like Zangief...

Yes much like Zangief..you'd still recieve damage,but not much.

so how about this. .

you mean like ken's Shippu-Jinrai Kyaku in a variable, but with all characters, so nothing can hit them but you can do as many supers as you want ???

i think it'd be over used in tag games and shorten the matches, as it would be very easy to do considering its just a level 3 variable, maybe if it is harder to pull off to get the gauge then its a pretty kool idea, but i'm not convinced completly :huh:

That would be a good idea.... buT it should take the 3 lvl's to prevent people from abusing it....

Ok I might be able to iron out the wrinkles to this idea. :biggrin:
Here is a idea based on the game marve| vs capcom, if Jin loses his partner and his life is low, he'll automatically initialize his despertation mode. All of his moves has a 1-hit autoguard, he cannot be launched, and ALL of his attacks has an increased power. Vulnerability will be decreased in this mode aswell.

So not only a great boost in defense but also in attack power with physical attacks. And when it says u cant be luanched it means u cant go in the air to have a air combo done on you. but in this game that wont really matter.

So like for example a 2on2 ryu&ken vs Cyclops&wolverine. Ryu dies and only ken is left against wolverine and cy. When his health drains down to atleast 30% health left. Ken with 2 or 3 energy bars can unlock the desperation mode. hope this helps
