The Jump in Bug - Jump in don't come out (well Kinda)

While playing tag battle I noticed that when I taged Wolvarine he did the jump in knee attack but then he went back and my opponent was fighting no one when I got taged I jumped in but I stood there and couldn't move. Also when I win in tag battle without taging my partner keeps comeing in and out doing their whinners stance (except with Ryu). Please help.

The fighters stance thing is not normal, besides the part of Ryu, but everything , My guess, would be lag on someones part, since this only happened once to me. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
