Why have I got such high lag lately?

Its maybe becasue of your internet speed and if you have downloaded some stuff on your computer that might be a cause.

ifur running aol with broadband that what cuz lag ifur running IE lag should be lower. Or running aim, msn, icq, or any things to communicate with people it cuz lag. Or running any other program.
