....That beacuse you need to save it as gif(ONLY GIF).

....Follow this step and you will see your banner.

My Control>Edit Signature> Click [code:1]IMG[/code:1] and paste your URL in it then your banner will show. For avatars is the same things but you don't need to click[code:1]IMG[/code:1] go to My Control>Edit Avatars Setting>Paste your url and thats all and you finsh.

needs a TON more information, because there is a TON more to gfx than just blending, borders, and text...

adding borders/advanced borders to banners, blending pictures and saving banners can be consolidated to vf's tuts

the rest of the info can be found on the forum FAQs like uploading the forum avatar, etc...

as for online gfx resources like fonts, downloads, tutorials, etc...these should be emphasized and elaborated

Yeah theres a lot more you could add. Some of the links don't work and the advanced border picture isn't showing.
