Actually,
I have, myself, put in a formal (kind of) request to Tmy, asking to become a moderator. Granted, I didn't host the tourney, nor do i have web pages. But, I'm not sure if a vote would be the best thing. If anything, a moderator must be someone who is completly un-biased, and who will be just and fair. I for one believe i can do this job, and welcome comments from everyone, the older players and n00b's alike.

Boogie deserves to be mod too, he's a veteran(registered a few days before I did) and he is mature.

And inclusive, just use notepad, that's what I use, it goes like this to create a page(I'll only use a few HTML codes)

First of all Inclusive it is have not ahve (watch it will say inclusives reply has been edited.) and no a web page(i would say site but you ain't that advanced) is not hard only less you are stupid (unfortunatly you are) there is a four lettered word called HTML. if you find out what that means then you are set.
