how do i move the picture around when i paste it on the bg.. in all my tag you can see the picture is in the middle because i don't know how to move them around and i suck with text

use the arrow tool... top right...... add a 1 pxl border 2.

another tip:

dont resize pics(if they can fit dont put it on there)

blend well( i cant but u can try)

get samples( ask other to make u one so u can try to copy it)
