I am new to street fighter online! help - Need info

Hi, i ave been a fan of street fighter since SF2 back in the days. I would like to know what is the best street fighter game to start to play for tournaments. I currently have an Xbox and ps2. How do i get into the trounaments, which street fighter game should i buy and for which platform? please help me, i am a total ####ie. I love street fighter, i diss my girlfreind for street fighter, not to mention, i am the worlds best street fighter player! and im serious :buttrock:

hahah no im not gay, im a pimp matter of fact. My gf gets pissed at me all the time for being a video game addict. Been playing first person shooters for years, but ive always liked streetfighter. I am the king on Street fighter EX3. Please get me started on this online thing. i really want to start playing streetfighter and challenge everyone online somehow. if youcan get me started and give me all the info i need to know that would be most apprecieated. Thanks
