Joe laughes at AXE, because Joe never used an attack to block. If AXE knew anything about DBZ, he'd know that a Shukan Idou is Instantaneous Movement, or a teleport. Therefore, the Shinku Mega Wave never hit Joe. Joe points and laughes at AXE

I know you didn't just say "Instant Transmission", Dan. "Instant Transmission" is just what they want to call it on cartoon network, kind of like calling Mr. Satan "Hercule". And I left out the "n" in "Shunkan Idou". So sue me.
