Wolverine rage factor - Wolverine should have a rage

Tmyapp has big plans for wolvie.. but it would be nice if wolvies weaponx*cough* move *cough* when implemented could go straigh through supers and projectiles.. even cyclops optic sweep

the only way for that to happen is if it was a LVL 3 SPECIAL
