adding some animations - Ryu for instance.....

How about adding Ryu's animation when he prepares the shinkuu hadouken, and Chun li when she prepares the kikoushou.

And lose those MvC2 super move pics(replace them with the regular XvS super move pics.

I don't like the idea, because the animation combined with lag may give your opponent the perfect oppertunity to attack.
