Shockwave 8.5

Ok Im installed shockwave 10 with no problem..

The shockwave error 10 came up so I tried to install shockwave 8.5... It always says I have an open program even when I closed everything including the hidden stuff on taskmanager..

can someone provide any tips?

go to control panel add remove programs, remove shockwave from there, then download shockwave from the sfo website, the download section and then re install it it should work fine then

.... The instilllation wont work because no matter what I do the dam program says I have open programs on..
