aight, listen up...heres my opinion

the tuts of vf should be trimmed down to one topic only, possibly should be edited into one topic then the rest should be deleted

the thread of 2000warrior should be deleted

kester's banner faq should remain

then the above poll should both remain, they help the community so why remove them?

as for other pinned topics in each forum section, i think all of them should be reviewed carefully, if old, no posts or commonly understand then all should be revised into one thread, the redundants should be deleted...

Ok, let me explain what I'm doing: :sarcasm:

First off, -ski-, I didn't do this for drama, or whatever other reason you said (grammer was to messed up to look at), but I AM going through as much as the forum I can and I'm cleaning up. No cleaning has been done. I'm going through pinned topics as my current project. No one wants to see a board where the whole first page is pinned topics with only room for a few normal topics at the end? Exactly. I've gone through the boards, and if the topic is useful, it stays, if it use to prove a point and no one has posted in it for months, it gets locked.

Now, along with all that, this situtation, we had a topic, one pinned topic, about banners being made, all we needed. but it seemed to die down, and only a few people post there, and has gone off topic. And I noticed a new, active thread. So instead of just closing it, I'm giving you all the choice. Would you rather have me just close it or delete it without asking your opinions? I didn't have to make a poll.

Anyway, we don't need both topics. One is enough, until it dies down and/or another better one comes along. As with merging the 2, can't really happen. It's to varied, just have any other banner creators join -ski-'s thread, and he can edit them into the first post if they want, or I can. If everyone is going to one thread, why keep them both up there?

So here is what I'm going to do.
Vote for the one you like better, and the winning one will stay pinned. The other one I will not close, but just un-pin, and it can naturally fall down the ranks. If it doesn't, and it's just getting posts to stay "bumped", then I'll close it! :biggrin:

And yes, thats a good idea, I will merge VF's posts all into one.
