i done all the looking and I have tested with other games.. that have simlar problems with routers my soloution works.. plus they give this answer in msn when i was looking it up.. so.. dont tell me I dont look I been looking for serval months and I found but when i found it ... nobdy wants to help.... u tell me does dat make sense.. why wont he see if my soloution works.. ...?

fixing the router problem... I think I mite have a way.. but no adim or tmy wont help me so..i cant do it without there help.. dats what there not understanding and they choose to ignore.. me so all the people who have this problem will still have no hope for hosting cuz.. nobdy wants to see.. if my answer works and fixes problem

ost_uid6]:blues: The mods have better things to do then try to fix a problem that cant be solved in a matter of dayz! I myself have tried many ways to disconnect a firewall and try to solve the hosting issuse! Ive lost my internet connection 4x becuz of it! I had to stay on hold for 1hour just to talk to the technical support assistant!I had malaware spyware and other nasty critters infecting my comp becuz i lowered my firewall settings trying to find a way to host!Ive spent countless hours trying to find out how!Guranteed no one has gone through more then i have trying to solve the hosting problems! Not even the mods! Ive called actiontec for hosting issues. They told me all this crap about firewall and setting but im not gonna get into it in detail.I will however post all of that stuff when i solve the hosting issuses....that is if i do! I cooked up various schemes in which consists of static routing and other techniques such as port forwarding and DMZ hosting..im just to scared to try it right nowbecuz i might lose my connection agian. :Oo:[/color

as of now i'm way too busy trying to update the game (due to more ISP problems)

but... basically, this is how it works:

step1: forward port 1626 on your router, to the internal IP address of your computer
step2: ...
step3: PROFIT !!!

(well, maybe not exactly in that order... however, what i'm trying to say, is that if it's done right... "step1" is all you need ... :biggrin: )
