Help me please - I feel like i am goin insane!

ost_uid10]SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!! I have a serious migrane heading that has been goin on for hours and my parents aren't home to help me. Someone have any suggestions on what a person could do when have a REALLY bad headache? PLEASE help me. I know people have good suggestions in different countries but please don't tell me anything too dramatic. PLEASE respond as soon as possible!!!!![/color

turn of oyur monitor if your lazy to turn your cpu off n sleep

Go to sleep. Have paracetamol. Massage the sides of your head with 2 fingers from each hand. Bear in mind none of these always work, even sleep sometimes fails.

ost_uid10]I am VERY SORRY for how i am goin to say this but.....sleeping makes headaches worse!!! the other day I had a headache and I went to sleep. when I woke up I had an even worse headache.[/color

Ugh.. being on the computer doesnt exactly help. Go sit on the sofa or something.

think of it this way, if you sleep, thats like 4 hours you dont feel your migrane.

if you're lucky you might go 9 hours.

Don't take pills since u have no idea what quantity u need or how to take them
