Help! - dubya tee eff is going on!....

ost_uid10]I can only pick Bison or ryu and at the character selection screen it says I have to get 25 wins to get ken!!! and all the other characters as if I started over!!!.. I checked the high scores and it says I've only played 2 games!!!! I played over 200 games last time I checked dubya tee eff happened!!!!!!

Every UpDate the scores reset so you will have to fight all over to win all your people back unless you become a V.I.P and you will have all of them AUTO.
