nice... it has the colors, but it doesnt have the mood. idk wut about it makes it unnappropriate. it would b neat if the text animated with ryu, and sumthing about the background makes it unmatching, i dunt like that background... 8/10

It's because the background is a arrow.. UnderLaie use brushes (dont use the grass 1) or learn how to use renders and get a diff font.. :sleepy:

Less time on the animation and more with the backgrounds.

Animated pictures kills TAGS!

erm... the animation's really unsmooth
so i agree more effort on background n less on animations would b a very easy way to improve ur banner...
